A fantastic way to support the event, and let us support you!

10 hours of Work for a full pass 

5 hours of work for a half pass 

Set up, tear down, registration desk, door monitor, and hospitality support all available.

Important dates:

Apply to be a volunteer - ASAP

Confirmation of your request - July 15, 2026 or 1 week after you apply (whichever is later)

Scheduled hours will be posted - August 2nd, 2026 or 1 week after you've been accepted (whichever is later)

NOTE: DO NOT BUY A PASS!  If you're accepted there's no need to purchase a pass at all, and we'll make sure to let you know ASAP if we aren't able to get you on the volunteer schedule and if you need to purchase a pass. 

Refunds will be processed minus fees.
